Fully enclosed in an ISO container, it delivers silent, automated prime power for offshore platforms, large vessels, and coastal industrial operations.

🔇 Silent Container Technology

Multi-layer acoustic insulation lining the interior of the 20ft ISO container reduces operational noise to ≤ 75 dB(A) at 7m. Marine-grade perforated steel inner panels and fire-resistant sound-absorbing foam ensure compliance with IMO noise regulations. Double air intake baffles and a residential-grade exhaust silencer complete the soundproofing system.

🧠 SmartGen Intelligent Control

The SmartGen HGM6120 controller features a 4.3-inch TFT color display with intuitive touch interface. Supports RS485, Modbus RTU, and Ethernet communication for remote monitoring from bridge consoles or onshore control centers. Real-time data includes voltage, current, frequency, oil pressure, coolant temperature, fuel level, and comprehensive alarm/fault logs.

📦 ISO Container Integration

The entire generator system is pre-assembled inside a CSC-certified 20ft ISO shipping container. Features include marine-grade C5-M anti-corrosion coating, stainless steel door hinges and hardware, IP55-rated ventilation louvers with rain hoods, external emergency stop button, and ISO corner castings for crane lifting and twist-lock stacking. Ready for immediate offshore deployment.

⚡ 1600A Automatic Transfer Switch

The integrated 1600A ATS automatically detects mains failure and transfers load to the generator within seconds. Features include adjustable transfer delay, voltage/frequency sensing on both sources, manual override, and a mechanical interlock for absolute safety. Critical for uninterrupted operations in offshore drilling, port cold chain logistics, and emergency vessel systems.
